Chestnut Lodge is sited within the River Tilt Leisure Park. Keys and instructions to access the Lodge are available at the Park’s main reception. There are a number of ways to travel to the Lodge. Please use the following travel instructions to help you with your journey.
By Road
The River Tilt Leisure Park is just off the main A9 road at Blair Atholl in Highland Perthshire between Perth and Inverness. It is 35 miles (56km) north of Perth. Travelling by road, take the turn signposted to Blair Atholl approximately 7 miles north of Pitlochry and join the B8079 into Blair Athol. The Leisure Park is clearly signposted in the centre of the village. Take the turning into Invertilt Road and the main entrance to the Park is on the right.

From Inverness
Take the A9 all the way south to Blair Atholl and join the B8079 into the village. The Leisure Park is clearly signposted in the centre of the village. Take the turning into Invertilt Road and the main entrance to the Park is on the right.
From Glasgow
Take the A/M80 north to Stirling then follow the signs for Perth and Inverness which will take you on to the A9 north. Take the turn signposted to Blair Atholl approximately 7 miles north of Pitlochry and join the B8079 into Blair Athol. The Leisure Park is clearly signposted in the centre of the village. Take the turning into Invertilt Road and the main entrance to the Park is on the right.
From Edinburgh
Take the M90 to Perth where you will follow the signs for and join the A9 north to Inverness. Bypass Pitlochry and proceed as above.
From Dundee
Take the A90 to Perth then proceed as for Edinburgh above.
From Aberdeen
If you want to follow the scenic route, take the A93 road via Ballater, Braemar and Glenshee to the A924 turn-off at Bridge of Cally, for Kirkmichael then head west and continue to Pitlochry. At Pitlochry, look for signs to the A9 north to Blair Atholl (7 miles). The quickest route from Aberdeen is to come south on the A90 via Forfar, then Coupar Angus and Dunkeld.

By Train
At Blair Atholl Station, turn right on the B8079 road that runs through the village past Blair Athol Castle gates.
Just over half a mile from the station, the Leisure Park is clearly signposted in the centre of the village. Take the turning right into Invertilt Road and the main entrance to the Park is on the right.

By Bus
Citylink offer bus services between Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and Inverness. Citylink stop outside the Atholl Arms in Blair Atholl. Turn right on the B8079 road that runs through the village past Blair Athol Castle gates.
